Rocks and soils walk around the village
On Monday 6th November, the children in Years 3 and 4 went for a short walk around the village to find rocks and stones and to see how they have been used in the built environment. They found lots of different types of stone being used in different ways. It was interesting to look at the dates on the gravestones and compare how they had aged.
